G Visas
(G1, G3, G4, G5 Visas - International Organization Staff Visitor’s Visa)
G-1 Visas
(International Organization Staff): G-1 visitors are defined by the
Immigration and Nationality Act as “a designated principal resident
representative of a foreign government recognized de jure by the United
States, which foreign government is a member of an international
organization entitled to enjoy privileges, exemptions, and immunities as
an international organization under the International Organizations
Immunities Act.”
The
LL. M. Law Group can help obtain a G-1 visa for the following visitors to
the United States:

Principal
representatives of recognized foreign governments entering the U.S. to
work for such an international organization as United Nations,
International Monetary Fund, Organization of American States,
Organization of African Unity or an International Mission
-
Accredited resident
members of the staff of such representatives.

Immediate family
members of the principal holders of a G-1 visa.
G-2 Visas (International Organization Staff): G-2 visitors are defined
by the Immigration and Nationality Act as “other accredited
representatives of such a foreign government to such international
organizations.”
The

G-3 Visas
(International Organization Staff): G-3 visitors are defined by the
Immigration and Nationality Act as aliens who qualify for a G-1 or G-2
visa “except for the fact that the government of which such alien is an
accredited representative is not recognized de jure by the United States,
or that the government of which he is an accredited representative is not
a member of such international organization.”
The
